柯善咨，男，畢業(yè)于南京大學(xué)，湖南大學(xué)經(jīng)濟(jì)與貿(mào)易學(xué)院教授、博導(dǎo)。

1977-1984年 南京大學(xué) 學(xué)士、碩士(1984)；1986-1993年 University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill，USA，經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)碩士、城市與區(qū)域規(guī)劃博士（1993）。
簡(jiǎn)歷：
1968-1977年下鄉(xiāng)插隊(duì)和在工廠勞動(dòng)；1984-1986年國(guó)家城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)環(huán)境保護(hù)部-中國(guó)社會(huì)科學(xué)院中國(guó)建設(shè)經(jīng)濟(jì)研究所從事城市與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)研究；1986-1992年University of North Carolina—Chapel Hill，城市與區(qū)域規(guī)劃系，助研，碩士課教師；1990年世界銀行合同咨詢員；1992-1993年University of North Carolina, Center for Economic Development；1993年香港城市理工學(xué)院經(jīng)濟(jì)與金融系，講師；1997-2006年在美國(guó)First Union和Wachovia銀行從事研究和管理工作，歷任經(jīng)濟(jì)師、高級(jí)經(jīng)濟(jì)師、經(jīng)濟(jì)研究部主任、Senior Vice President；2006-至今 教育部“985”工程湖南大學(xué)哲學(xué)與社會(huì)科學(xué)創(chuàng)新基地區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)首席專家。
