主要研究方向
免疫系統(tǒng)的特征是識(shí)別自己和非己。細(xì)胞毒T淋巴細(xì)胞（CTL）通過(guò)其細(xì)胞表面的受體（TCR）檢查表達(dá)在所有人體細(xì)胞表面的一種稱作MHC I類復(fù)合體的身份標(biāo)記。假如細(xì)胞受到病毒、細(xì)菌或寄生蟲(chóng)侵入，或發(fā)生癌變，來(lái)自入侵者的蛋白碎片會(huì)裝載到MHC I類分子上形成肽復(fù)合體（p—MHC），T細(xì)胞將識(shí)別該變化并殺死攜帶有病原體的宿主細(xì)胞或癌變細(xì)胞。
研究入侵病原物及癌變細(xì)胞蛋白的抗原加工與提呈，抗原表位與MHC I類分子的裝配，MHC－TCR相互作用機(jī)制，調(diào)控MHC-TCR之間的識(shí)別，預(yù)防病毒感染，治療癌癥。
研究課題包括抗原加工與提呈的理論基礎(chǔ)；人源化TCR-like單鏈抗體的臨床評(píng)價(jià)；免疫殺傷細(xì)胞的特異性調(diào)控與應(yīng)用。
