CLX（Component Library for Cross-Platform跨平臺組件庫）是可以應用在win32和Linux兩種平臺上的，用Delphi 7開發的CLX程序，可以不做任何修改，在Linux下用Kylix重新編譯.Delphi 7現在支持VCL和CLX兩個類庫。CLX在底層是基于Qt這個類庫的，在Linux系統上面Qt的名字是非常重要的。
