與冷鍍鋼絲區(qū)別

冷鍍鋅也叫電鍍鋅,是利用電解設(shè)備將管件經(jīng)過除油、酸洗、后放入成分為鋅鹽的溶液中,并連接電解設(shè)備的負(fù)極,在管件的對(duì)面放置鋅版,連接在電解設(shè)備的正極接通電源,利用電流從正極向負(fù)極的定向移動(dòng)就會(huì)在管件上沉積一層鋅,冷鍍管件是先加工后鍍鋅。冷鍍鋅(電鍍鋅):是在電鍍槽內(nèi)通過電流單向性使鋅逐漸鍍上金屬外表,生產(chǎn)速度慢,鍍層均勻,厚度較薄,通常只有3-15微米,外觀光亮、光滑、美觀度高,耐腐蝕性差,一般幾個(gè)月就會(huì)銹蝕。

熱鍍鋅是由較古老的熱鍍方法發(fā)展而來的,自從1836年法國(guó)把熱鍍鋅應(yīng)用于工業(yè)以來,已經(jīng)有一百七十年的歷史了。然而,熱鍍鋅工業(yè)是近三十年來伴隨冷軋帶鋼的飛速發(fā)展而得到了大規(guī)模發(fā)展。

熱鍍鋅板的生產(chǎn)工序主要包括:原板準(zhǔn)備→鍍前處理→熱浸鍍→鍍后處理→成品檢驗(yàn)等。按照習(xí)慣往往根據(jù)鍍前處理方法的。

不同把熱鍍鋅工藝分為線外退火和線內(nèi)退火兩大類,即濕法(單張鋼板熱鍍鋅法)、線外退火(單張鋼板熱鍍鋅法)、熱鍍鋅 惠林(Wheeling)法(帶鋼連續(xù)熱鍍鋅法) 、線內(nèi)退火 森吉米爾(Sendzimir)法(保護(hù)氣體法)、改良森吉米爾法、美鋼聯(lián)法(同日本川崎法)、賽拉斯(Selas)法和莎倫(Sharon)法。熱鍍鋅:是在加熱融化的鋅液內(nèi)浸鍍,生產(chǎn)速度快,鍍層厚但不均勻,市場(chǎng)允許的最低厚度45微米,最高可達(dá)300微米以上。顏色較暗,消耗鋅金屬多,與基體金屬形成滲入層,耐蝕性好,室外環(huán)境下熱鍍鋅可以保持幾十年。

熱鍍鋅也稱熱浸鋅,是將鋼鐵工件經(jīng)過除油、除銹,呈現(xiàn)出無污、浸潤(rùn)的表面,立即浸入到預(yù)先將鋅加熱融熔了的鍍槽中去,

在工件表面形成一層鋅鍍層的方法。冷鍍鋅則是將同樣經(jīng)過了除油、除誘,呈現(xiàn)出無污、浸潤(rùn)的工件掛入專門的電鍍槽里的陰極上,陽極用鋅。接通直流電源,陽極上的鋅離子向陰極遷移,并在陰極上放電,使工件鍍上一層鋅層的熱鍍鋅方法。

熱鍍鋅的鍍層較厚,一般為30-60微米,鍍層防腐能力較高。適合于戶外工作的鋼鐵制件,如高速公路圍欄、電力鐵塔、大尺寸緊固件等較為“粗糙”的工件的長(zhǎng)期防銹。

冷鍍鋅絲:是以低碳鋼為芯線,通過拔絲、電鍍鋅工藝加工制成的金屬復(fù)合材料。主要應(yīng)用于制造金屬絲網(wǎng)、高速公路護(hù)攔及建筑工程
