羅森塔爾 (prof. Uriel Rosenthal)， 1945年6月19日出生，萊頓大學公共管理系教授，荷蘭人民自由民主黨（People's Party for Freedom and Democracy）領導人之一，Institute of Safety, Security and Crisis Management的創辦人。
