《SOLAR》是BIGBANG成員太陽首Solo正規(guī)專輯，共收錄十一首歌曲，于2010年7月1日零時公布音源，并正式發(fā)售。
憑借此專輯，太陽獲2010Mnet亞洲音樂大獎亞洲音樂盛典最佳男歌手殊榮。
專輯背景
2008年收錄了曲目《只看著我》的太陽的首張迷你專輯《Hot》，可以說是足以能在歌謠界上做上記錄的一股熱潮。
繼迷你專輯，太陽在此部專輯中也參與策劃，就像專輯名《Solar》那樣，體現了他13歲開始到23歲為止10年來夢想的音樂。
主打曲《I Need A Girl》由全君作曲，從練習的時候開始和太陽同甘共苦的G-Dragon參與制作，使人期待。以簡單的旋律和甜美的太陽的聲音為特點的《I Need A Girl》是一首唱出所有男人理想型的歌曲。
此外，該專輯中還有《Superstar》、《Break Down》等具有華麗而雄壯的節(jié)奏的曲目，類似《Just A Feeling》的強節(jié)奏的曲目和被很多夢幻而溫暖的鋼琴聲和太陽所具有的魅力聲音填滿的《You're My》等只有在正規(guī)專輯中才能見到的曲目。
