盧新衛(wèi)，男，1968年6月出生，中共黨員。現(xiàn)任陜西師范大學(xué)旅游與環(huán)境學(xué)院副院長(zhǎng)、教授、博士生導(dǎo)師，同時(shí)擔(dān)任中國(guó)自然資源學(xué)會(huì)干旱半干旱區(qū)研究專業(yè)委員會(huì)副主任。

盧新衛(wèi)，中國(guó)自然資源學(xué)會(huì)干旱半干旱區(qū)研究專業(yè)委員會(huì)副主任。長(zhǎng)期以來從事地球化學(xué)、環(huán)境地球化學(xué)、環(huán)境科學(xué)方面的教學(xué)科研工作，參加完成國(guó)家、中科院、省部級(jí)科研項(xiàng)目5項(xiàng)，主持完成中國(guó)博士后科學(xué)基金、陜西省自然科學(xué)基金、校重點(diǎn)科研項(xiàng)目各1項(xiàng)，主持完成校教學(xué)改革項(xiàng)目5項(xiàng)。目前正在承擔(dān)國(guó)家社會(huì)科學(xué)基金、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金（主要參加）、教育部新世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才支持計(jì)劃和陜西省自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目各1項(xiàng)。
人物經(jīng)歷
1999年于南京大學(xué)獲理學(xué)博士學(xué)位；
2001年7月中國(guó)科學(xué)院地理科學(xué)與資源研究所博士后出站。
2005年破格晉升為教授，并入選教育部“新世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才支持計(jì)劃”；
2006年增列為區(qū)域環(huán)境學(xué)專業(yè)博士生導(dǎo)師；
2008-2009年在加拿大不列顛哥倫比亞大學(xué)（UBC）做訪問學(xué)者。。
