周太和，祖籍益陽市，1952年出生于蘇聯。周太和為澳洲昆士蘭大學博士，國際著名經濟地質及金礦專家。在多個中外合作公司及上市公司任董事長或董事。 2014年著書《周肅清傳》，由中共黨史出版社出版，鳳凰衛視進行了專題采訪。
人物經歷
周太和博士是中共早期干部周肅清幼子，國際著名經濟地質及金礦專家，作為《國際礦床雜志》的特邀主編，出版了《中國大地構造與金礦》專輯；1979年，周太和考上了中國礦業泰斗郭文魁院士的碩士研究生。自2008年以來周太和出版黨史方面研究論文，與康模生共同撰寫了黨史研究文章：《周肅清：被派到福建的第一個中央巡視員》、《陳明在莫斯科中山大學軼事》、《從歷史檔案看唐義貞何時入黨》先后刊登于《福建黨史月刊》雜志。2014年，周太和與周憑欄、周冰洋共同著書：《周肅清傳》，由中共黨史出版社出版，該書引起很大反響，鳳凰衛視就《周肅清傳》一書的出版發布會對作者周太和博士和周憑欄進行了采訪和新聞報道。2014年9月14日鳳凰衛視《我們一起走過》欄目播出了對周太和博士著書出版《周肅清傳》的專題采訪，2014年10月24日鳳凰衛視著名評論人何亮亮先生在《開卷8分鐘》專門介紹了《周肅清傳》。
2015年至2016年，周太和與周憑欄、周冰洋共同撰寫了黨史研究文章：《現代“蘇武”周肅清》、《廣州起義時的周肅清》、《北伐戰爭中戰斗在江蘇的周肅清》先后刊登于《湘潮》、《紅廣角》、《世紀風采》雜志，另外《北伐戰將周肅清》一文刊登于《百年潮》雜志2016年出版的《紀念北伐戰爭90周年專輯》增刊中。2017年1月，由周太和與周憑欄、周冰洋共同撰寫的黨史研究文章：《周肅清在周恩來領導下的難忘日子》發表在《黨史文苑》雜志2017年第一期。2017年7月，周太和受邀參加在淮安市周恩來紀念館舉辦的“周恩來與南昌起義”學術研討會，同時周太和與周憑欄、周冰洋共同撰寫的《對南昌起義前后及與周恩來相關若干歷史事件的拾遺解析》也刊登在《“周恩來與南昌起義”學術研討會論文集》。

作為《國際礦床雜志》的特邀主編，與美國地調局的Richard Goldfarb 博士編輯出版了《中國大地構造與金礦》專輯；
2017年受邀參加在江蘇淮安周恩來紀念館舉辦的“周恩來與南昌起義”學術研討會。
2014年與周憑欄、周冰洋共同著書：《周肅清傳》；
2014年接受鳳凰衛視《鳳凰藝術》節目組采訪；
2014年接受鳳凰衛視《我們一起走過》節目組專題采訪；
2003年因評選為《澳大利亞地質學報》最佳經濟地質學科研論文而獲得“愛德華茲獎章”。
