思慕雪是一種健康飲食概念，它基本上是一種杯中的健康食品，同時(shí)也可以理解為一種富含維生素的快餐小吃或甜點(diǎn)."能量思慕雪"更可謂是有效的控制體重的食品。未來思慕雪將成為一種新興的飲料或流體食物. 符合營養(yǎng)學(xué)的“每天5種水果”的要求，年輕女性也可以用作代餐。
思慕雪的主要成分是新鮮的水果或者冰凍的水果，用攪拌機(jī)打碎后加上碎冰、果汁、雪泥、乳制品等，混合成半固體的飲料。這種飲料類似沙冰，但是與沙冰不同的是它的主要成分為水果，而市面上奶茶店的沙冰多是用果粉、香精等沖兌后與碎冰混合而成的。
思慕雪起源于上世紀(jì)70年代的美國，到90年代之后逐漸盛行。現(xiàn)在美國的著名品牌有Jamba Juice（美劇越獄中出現(xiàn)過）、 Smoothie King、Orange Julius（DQ旗下的品牌）。而在歐洲，英國品牌Innocent Smoothies 占有絕對(duì)優(yōu)勢(shì)，其它還有，Zest juice、freshtime、revive juice。
目前國內(nèi)品牌還比較少，都是一些特色的水果店、果汁店兼營的項(xiàng)目。價(jià)格也還比較高，基本上20~30元/杯，而且還不是很正宗。如果很好奇，可以去DQ里面嘗試一下。

Silver Smoothie

- This ranking is based on the ingredients that make up the smoothie mix or starter base. Basically, if the contents are high quality, in the way of 100% fruit purees and fruit juice, they qualify as a Silver Smoothie.
This product is generally served via a dispenser machine, similar to soft-serve ice cream, or blended in a high speed blender.
