劉良云，1975年出生，是中國科學院遙感與數字地球研究所的研究員和博士生導師，同時也是中國科學院對地觀測中心光學對地觀測研究室的主任。他的研究方向主要集中在植被生態定量遙感與應用。2000年，他在中科院西安光機所獲得了光學專業的博士學位。
人物經歷
2000年畢業于中國科學院西安光學精密機械研究所，獲光學專業博士學位。
2003-2006年：北京市農林科學院，副研究員、研究員；
2008年至今：中國科學院對地觀測中心/遙感地球所 研究員、博導、室主任。
2009起在中國科學院大學開始植被遙感課程，入選精品課程建設。
研究方向
植被生態定量遙感。2018年8月3日，被列為2018年度國家杰出青年科學基金建議資助項目申請人名單。

擔任中國科學博士，研究員，博士生導師。中國科學院對地觀測中心光學對地觀測研究室主任。院青年聯合委員，中國地理學會環境遙感分會理事，國際地球觀測組織全球森林觀測計劃(GEO GFOI)工作組成員。
