胡文輝博士,現任廣州醫科大學藥學院特聘教授,藥物化學專業博士生導師,兼學術委員會主任,廣東省分子靶標與臨床藥理重點實驗室副主任,呼吸病國家重點實驗室研究員。

在歷時20多年的新藥研究中,胡教授團隊已確立多個全新結構的候選藥物。其中,基于神經膠質細胞功能障礙的抗阿爾茲海默癥新藥AD16(GIBH130、達甲酮),已獲得國家食品藥品監督管理總局(CFDA)頒發的1.1類藥物臨床試驗批件(批件號:2016L02442,2016L02443,2016L02444),化合物專利涵蓋了全球多個國家。相關的研究以通訊作者的論文發表在Angewandte Chemie International Edition,Journal of Medicinal 化學、Organic Letters、European Journal of Medicinal Chemistry等學術刊物,并在Advanced Synthesis & Catalysis, ChemCatChem和科學通報上發表了封面文章。

人物經歷

胡文輝,男,博士生導師,廣東省“珠江學者”特聘教授,藥物化學學科帶頭人,廣州市蛇毒與生物毒素研究所所長,兼廣州醫科大學藥學院學術委員會主任,廣東省分子靶標與臨床藥理重點實驗室副主任,呼吸病國家重點實驗室研究員。

胡教授于2002年畢業于中國協和醫科大學藥物研究所,師從郭宗儒教授,開展抗炎藥物的研究,獲得博士學位。2002年-2006年在美國西北大學醫學院從事博士后研究,開展神經退行性疾病的藥物研究。2006年-2016年在中國科學院廣州生物醫藥與健康研究院歷任副研究員、研究員、新藥開發室主任。

2008年,胡文輝帶領團隊設計、發明了抗阿爾茲海默癥新藥AD16(哌噠甲片),2021年11月4日,哌噠甲酮片)已完成了一期臨床,呈現出良好的安全性和耐受性。

主要成就

立足于尚無有效藥物的重大疾病,胡文輝課題開展創新藥物的研究,建立了國內具有特色和優勢的新藥研發團隊。在歷時20多年的新藥研究中,胡教授團隊已確立多個全新結構的候選藥物。其中,基于神經膠質細胞功能障礙的抗阿爾茨海默氏癥新藥AD16(哌達甲酮),已獲得國家食品藥品監督管理總局(CFDA)頒發的1.1類藥物臨床試驗批件,正在開展臨床試驗中,化合物專利涵蓋了全球多個國家。截至目前,已發表了30多篇國際學術論文,申請了30多項國家、國際發明專利,兼任藥學學報的編委、廣東省藥學會藥物化學專業委員會副主委。

科研項目

已主持國家科技部、國家中華人民共和國國家自然科學基金委員會廣東省科學技術廳的新藥重大專項,企業橫向經費等各類新藥基金近20項,金額逾2000多萬元。目前的在研課題:國家自然科學基金面上項目,81872743,神經膠質細胞調節劑AD110延緩阿爾茲海默癥的作用及機制研究。
