孫群燕，1988年6月獲華南師范大學理學碩士學位，2002年6月獲中山大學經濟學博士學位。中山大學嶺南學院國際商務系副教授，碩士生導師。中共黨員。研究領域涉及轉軌經濟學、產業組織理論、國際貿易。發表論文有《寡頭競爭情形下的國企改革》。
