劉國瑞 ，男，博士學位，現為中國科學院生態環境研究中心副研究員。
個人簡歷
2010年于中科院生態環境研究中心獲環境科學博士學位。主持國家自然科學基金3項，作為課題骨干參加國家“863”、國家“973”課題、國家自然科學基金國際合作(NFSC-UNEP)等項目的研究。目前擔任中國環境科學學會POPs專業委員會委員，獲2014年環境科學學會“青年科技獎”、2013年和2015年環境化學與生態毒理學“青年創新獎”。在雜志發表論文50余篇。

持久性有機污染（POPs）的污染特征與生成機理
科研項目
（1）國家自然科學基金國家自然科學基金青年科學基金項目管理辦法，“再生銅冶煉過程中De novo 合成與前驅體生成溴代二噁英的機制研究”，主持；
（2）國家自然科學基金面上項目，“再生銅冶煉過程中氯代和溴代多環芳烴的生成機理研究”，主持；
（3）國家自然科學基金重大研究計劃（培育項目），“指紋譜圖技術解析典型工業區域大氣細顆粒物中持久性有機污染物的特定來源”，主持；
（4）國家自然科學基金（NSFC）-聯合國環境規劃署(UNEP)國際合作項目，“全球POPs 監測與成效評估關鍵技術與方法”，參加；
獲獎榮譽
（1）入選2016年中科院青年中國科學院青年創新促進會會員；
