龔銘，新婉約派音樂人，畢業于南京藝術學院。他的代表作品包括《盛世中國》和《吉祥奧運》等。龔銘具有作詞、作曲、配器和演唱等多種才華，曲風委婉動聽，在中國古典音樂基礎上大膽創新，結合流行音樂、搖滾和管弦樂，創作出大量充滿東方情懷和思想的作品。他還為中國古詩詞配樂并演唱，致力于弘揚中國五千年燦爛的文化。2008年，龔銘參加了北京奧運會閉幕式演出，被譽為中國婉約派音樂的探索者和拓荒者。
