north（官方譯名諾斯小子）是由Alf，Beau，Scott和Thanh四個(gè)來(lái)自墨爾本的大男孩組成的。Alf負(fù)責(zé)所有歌曲的創(chuàng)作，Thanh參與創(chuàng)作并指導(dǎo)整個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì)的演唱和表演，Beau和Joel設(shè)計(jì)樂(lè)隊(duì)的造型、舞蹈和舞臺(tái)表現(xiàn)。每個(gè)人各司其職，最終使North以一個(gè)近乎完美的男子團(tuán)體形象展現(xiàn)在歌迷面前。
發(fā)展歷程
North的第一張專輯就為他們?nèi)〉昧司薮蟮某晒Γ渲邪℅lory of Love 和 I Won’t Hold Back 兩首冠軍歌曲。在04年秋天他們首次到亞洲做宣傳期間，樂(lè)隊(duì)一共接受了來(lái)自亞洲各個(gè)國(guó)家的37家電臺(tái)、18家電視臺(tái)和超過(guò)180家平面媒體的采訪；并且在巡回宣傳過(guò)程中為亞洲歌迷貢獻(xiàn)了12，000次的簽名。
《勇往直前》是諾斯小子簽約EMI集團(tuán)百代唱片公司的首張專輯。唱片公司更是投入巨資來(lái)打造這支新時(shí)代的偶像團(tuán)體。North及唱片公司一直非常重視中國(guó)的歌迷，在這張最新專輯中，四個(gè)大男孩精心打造的主打曲”Here To Stay”就是著名華語(yǔ)歌手楊坤成名曲“無(wú)所謂”的英文版本。North希望通過(guò)這首歌曲能夠拉近與中國(guó)歌迷的距離。此外，專輯中另一首主打曲”加利福尼亞州 Dreaming”更是上世紀(jì)風(fēng)靡全球的歐美經(jīng)典曲目，在王家衛(wèi)導(dǎo)演的電影《重慶森林》中，王菲搖頭晃腦哼唱的美妙旋律就是這首歌曲。這次North為歌迷們帶來(lái)了他們獨(dú)有的“加洲夢(mèng)”。
