胡春田，出生于1952年，博士就學于普林斯頓大學 (Princeton University)，并于 1986年取得經濟學博士學位。現任財團法人中華教育文化基金會干事長。兼任臺灣研究院人文社會科學研究中心兼任研究員；西安交通大學金禾經濟研究中心客座教授，博士生導師；南開大學經濟學院客座教授，博士生導師。
