朱曉東

朱曉東,男,博士,中國科學技術大學近代物理系教授、博士生導師,專注于低溫等離子體物理和應用的研究。1997年在中國科學技術大學獲得理學博士學位后留校任教。

科研成果

朱曉東教授主持或參與了多項國家自然科學面上和重點基金、國家863高技術探索基金和省部級基金項目的研究。他在新型等離子體源研制、等離子體薄膜沉積及其機理、離子束納米表面制造和功能薄膜器件等方面進行了系列研究工作。朱教授曾作為訪問學者在日本原子力研究所、JSPS訪問研究員、巴黎第六大學博士后研究員以及日本靜岡大學訪問教授進行研究。他在國內外重要學術期刊上發表了近百篇論文,并獲得省級自然科學二等獎一項。
