作為bigbang的同門師妹在正式出道之前就備受關注的新人女子組合2NE1，于5月6日發行了她們的首張單曲。
首支單曲《Fire》是由曾經創作了太陽的《只看著我》，嚴正花的《Disco》等大熱歌曲的制作人Teddy負責作詞，作曲以及MV指導工作。歌曲中帶著濃厚的非洲風情，再加上雷鬼色彩的打擊樂伴奏，是一首令人耳目一新的快節奏Hip-Hop歌曲。曲《Fire》，宣布了她們正式進軍演藝圈。
此外，在剛剛公開的《Fire》MV中，組合的四位成員也展現出了各自不同的魅力。MV還分為街頭版和太空版兩個版本，在街頭版中，四名成員化身為“性感舞后”，秀出了他們熱力四射的火辣舞姿。而在太空版本中，成員們則以性感中帶有可愛的復古裝扮出場，展現了她們女人味的一面。

組合介紹
2NE1是由YG公司經過4年時間的精心準備而打造出的4人女子組合，成員中包括了在菲律賓以歌手和演員身份擁有超人氣的Sandara樸，以及曾與李孝利共同演出的廣告明星樸春，韓國著名舞蹈家孔玉真的孫女孔敏智，以及實力出眾掌握多國語言的隊長CL。
