王子健（1953年10月-）是中國科學院生態環境研究中心的研究員，畢業于中國科技大學。他的主要研究領域是環境化學和生態毒理學。他在SCI刊物和中國核心刊物上發表了大量論文，并申請了多項國家發明專利。他曾獲得國務院政府特殊津貼和中國科學院有突出貢獻的中青年專家等榮譽。
人物經歷
1983-1985分別在日內瓦大學和聯邦水科學與技術研究所進修，
1992-2000年先后擔任生態中心環境水化學國家重點實驗室副主任和主任，
2001以來是國家863計劃污染控制技術主題專家組成員和副組長和資源環境領域專家組成員，
2006年以來是國家水體污染控制與治理科技重大專項總體專家組成員，河流主題專家組組長。擔任過國家自然科學基金委員會地球科學部第二、三屆咨詢專家委員會委員。目前是國家中華人民共和國國家自然科學基金委員會第三屆監督委員會委員委員，生態毒理學學報主編，環境科學學報副主編、Environmental Science and Health (A)，液態水 Quality, Exposure & Health等雜志的編委。
先后指導博士后5名，培養博士生20余名，培養碩士生20余名。已經在SCI刊物上發表論文170余篇，在國內核心刊物上發表論文250余篇，申請國家發明專利15項。

獲得榮譽
研究工作獲國家發明二等獎、國家自然科學二等獎、國家科學技術進步二等獎等。1992年獲國務院政府特殊津貼，1996年獲中國科學院有突出貢獻的中青年專家，1999年獲中國環境科學會第三屆優秀環境科技工作者, 2000年科協國家優秀科技工作者。
2021年6月，擬入選2021年中科院杰出科技成就獎。
